The Schematic Design Tutorial is provided to give you the information necessary to begin a Xilinx design using Mentor Graphics software. It is important to note that tools as broad and complex as Design Architect and QuickSim cannot be fully explained in a single tutorial. There are many different ways to use the commands in these tools, and there are also many ways to customize these applications. It is strongly recommended that you read the Mentor Graphics Design Architect and QuickSim documentation as well as the other chapters in this Mentor Graphics Interface/Tutorial Guide.
